Human Resources Generalist
As a Human Resources Generalist, you will help build and maintain a workplace culture centered around our values of “Yes We Can,” “Good Enough Isn’t,” and “How Can I Help” through employee recognition, company events, communication, and building strong relationships throughout the organization.
- Own and administer the Company’s payroll, benefits administration, leave programs, workers’ compensation, disability administration, and employee support processes while ensuring accuracy, compliance, and exceptional service to employees.
- Coordinate employee benefit programs, including enrollments, changes, open enrollment, employee education, and communication with benefit providers.
- Coordinate recruiting activities, including job postings, candidate screening, interview scheduling, onboarding, and new hire orientation to ensure a consistent hiring experience.
- Partner with managers and leadership to support employee relations, performance management, compensation administration, coaching, investigations, and other HR matters while providing practical recommendations and solutions.
- Maintain personnel files, HR records, the employee handbook, HR policies, and standard operating procedures while ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws.
- Monitor employment law changes and recommend improvements to policies, procedures, and HR practices that support compliance and the continued growth of the Company
- Develop employee communications, HR training, and recognition programs that strengthen communication, reinforce Company values, and support employee development.
- Plan and coordinate company events, employee appreciation activities, office celebrations, and visitor experiences that contribute to a positive workplace culture.
- Improve HR processes, documentation, systems, and administrative practices to better support employees, managers, and the continued growth of the Company.
- Coordinate relationships with payroll providers, benefit providers, and other HR vendors as needed.
- Provide an engaged, proactive, and “roll up your sleeves” approach, taking ownership of responsibilities and driving initiatives forward with minimal oversight.

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
- 5+ years of progressive Human Resources experience supporting multiple areas of HR.
- Experience administering payroll, benefits, employee relations, recruiting, and HR compliance.
- Working knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws and HR best practices.
- Experience administering performance management and compensation processes preferred.
- Experience with HRIS and payroll systems (ADP experience preferred).
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Spanish language skills preferred but not required.
- SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or similar HR certification is a plus but not required.

Position will at times require work beyond 40 hours per week, particularly during payroll processing, benefit enrollment, performance review cycles, and other peak business periods. This role requires regular interaction with employees throughout both office and manufacturing environments while maintaining a visible, approachable presence and balancing administrative responsibilities with employee support.
Exhibit Production Manager
As the Max Production Manager, you will oversee all aspects of production for Agam Max projects, ensuring customer satisfaction through accuracy and by meeting project deadlines. Learn More About Max.
- Manage all production aspects for Agam Max projects.
- Attend project kick-off meetings to understand scope, budget, and project particulars.
- Monitor and manage the build, view, and ship dates on the timeline for all projects.
- Assist with determining label sequence for setup drawings used by clients.
We are looking for a candidate that comes from a tradeshow-construction management background and is eager to lead our Max full-service exhibit department. Must have excellent interpersonal/ communication and team leadership skills, the willingness to learn new things every day, and the ability to work in a challenging and ever-changing environment.
CAD Engineer / Product Development
Create 3D CAD drawings of modular structures from on Agam’s systems and based on client supplied designs. Determine proper components and accessories to enable manufacturing using Agam extrusions and accessories. Consult with estimating, project management, and operations management as necessary to determine best methods.
- Proficient in AutoCAD, preferably 3D.
- Commercial architectural and/or corporate interiors background.
- Ability to juggle multiple projects at once.
Production Team Member
Positions available for machine operators, assemblers, installers, and project assistants. Work in the dynamic environment of custom manufacturing where no two days are alike. Enjoy the fast pace of creating modular, prefabricated interior structures.
- Prior manufacturing experience preferred but not required.
- Work on a team or independently based on project specifics.
Carpenter
Custom fabrication using plywood, laminate and stick lumber. Work from blueprints and sketches for building guidance. Fabricate laminated counter tops and shelves. Build re-usable custom crates and more.
- 3 to 5 years’ experience preferred.
- Ability to use power hand tools, table saw, radial arm saw, staple guns, etc.
- Knowledge of CNC operation a plus.
